All products sold on learnai.forum ("Learn AI Forum", operated by IICT (Dong Duong ICT), a CompTIA Partner) are digital products delivered as access codes, redemption keys, or vouchers. Because they are digital, there is nothing to physically return, and refunds follow the rules below, which reflect CompTIA's vendor refund policy.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Course access codes (redemption keys)
Once an access code has been redeemed/activated on CompTIA Central, it is NON-REFUNDABLE. Activation grants you access to the course, so it cannot be returned.
A refund may be available only if both of these conditions are met:
- The access code has not been redeemed or activated; and
- Your refund request is received within 7 days of the purchase date.
Requests made from day 8 onward are not eligible, even if the code has not yet been activated. Requests for codes that have already been redeemed are not eligible at any time.
2. Exam vouchers
Exam vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE once they have been delivered/received. Because the voucher details are provided to you on delivery, the voucher cannot be returned or refunded after it has been sent.
3. Processing time
If your refund request is approved, the refund is processed in line with CompTIA's vendor process and may take up to 4 weeks to complete. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We will keep you updated while the refund is being processed.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] within the eligible period and include:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the purchase
- The product name
- A brief reason for the request
We will confirm whether your request is eligible under this policy and, if so, begin the refund process with the vendor.
5. Technical or delivery problems
If you have not received your access code within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, or you experience a problem activating a valid, unredeemed code, please contact us right away. We will work with you to resolve the issue — for example, by re-sending or replacing a code — before any refund is considered.
6. No refunds in other cases
Except as stated above, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds for, among other things: change of mind after redemption; codes redeemed after purchase; requests made after the 7-day window; exam vouchers after delivery; or dissatisfaction with course content, structure, or assessments, which are created and maintained by CompTIA.
7. Consumer rights
