Shipping & Delivery Policy

All products sold on learnai.forum ("Learn AI Forum", operated by IICT (Dong Duong ICT), a CompTIA Partner) are digital products. There is no physical shipment. Your access code or exam voucher is delivered to you electronically as described below.

1. How you receive your order

After your payment is confirmed, we deliver your access code or exam voucher in two ways:

  1. By email, to the address you provided at registration; and
  2. As a direct message in your account on our Site.

To make sure you receive your order even if the registration email was entered incorrectly, we also usually send the access code or exam voucher to the email address used for payment, as a backup.

2. Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 8–24 business hours after your payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods.

3. Please help us reach you

  • Enter a correct, working email address when you register and check out.
  • Check your spam / junk folder, as delivery emails can sometimes be filtered there.
  • Add our email address to your contacts or safe-sender list to avoid missed messages.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details. If your email is incorrect, please contact us so we can re-send your order to the right address (and check the direct message in your account in the meantime).

4. Haven't received your order?

If you have not received your access code or exam voucher within 24 business hours of a confirmed payment, please:

  1. Check your spam / junk folder and the email used for payment;
  2. Check the direct message in your account on our Site; then
  3. Contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number, and we will resend it right away.
