These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website learnai.forum ("Learn AI Forum", the "Site") and your purchase of any products offered on it. The Site is operated by IICT (Dong Duong ICT) ("we", "us", "our"), a CompTIA Partner. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About our products

We sell official CompTIA Essentials Series courseware and related learning products in digital form. Each product is delivered as an access code (redemption key) that you activate on CompTIA Central (login.comptia.org). We are an authorized reseller of these materials through our status as a CompTIA Partner; the courses, assessments, and credentials are created and operated by CompTIA, not by us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and be able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from the Site. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in [CURRENCY, e.g. US Dollars (USD)] and may change at any time without notice. Promotional prices and discounts apply only while displayed and may be withdrawn at any time. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that may apply in your jurisdiction. Payment must be received and confirmed before any order is processed.

4. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, your access code and activation instructions are delivered by email. Orders are typically processed within about 4 hours and delivered within 8–24 hours. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to check your inbox and spam/junk folders. If you have not received your code within 24 hours, please contact us.

5. Access, activation, and license

Course access is provided directly by CompTIA through CompTIA Central. Unless stated otherwise on the product page:

Each course includes 12 months of access from the date of activation.
You must redeem your access code within 12 months of the purchase date.
Access codes are sold for the use of a single named learner and are non-transferable.

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the course materials for your own learning. You may not resell, sublicense, share, distribute, copy, reproduce, or publicly post the access codes or course content, in whole or in part.

6. Course content and language

Course content is provided in English. Course structure, content, assessments, and any certificates are determined and maintained by CompTIA and may be updated or changed by CompTIA at any time without notice to us.

7. Certificates and outcomes

Upon completing a course and passing its included assessment, you may earn a CompTIA certificate of completion (CompCert), where applicable to that product. We make no guarantee of any specific learning outcome, exam result, certification, job, salary, promotion, academic credit, or employer recognition. Any credential is issued by CompTIA and subject to CompTIA's own terms and verification.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Our products are digital goods delivered as activation codes. Once an access code has been delivered or redeemed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, as the product cannot be returned. If you experience a technical problem activating a valid code, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it. This section should be read together with our Refund Policy. 9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, or share access codes or course content; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract the course materials; (c) use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose; (d) interfere with the operation or security of the Site; or (e) violate CompTIA's terms when using CompTIA Central. We may suspend or cancel orders, and refuse service, where we reasonably suspect fraud or breach of these Terms.

10. Third-party services

Activation and use of your course take place on CompTIA Central, a platform operated by CompTIA. Your use of that platform is subject to CompTIA's own terms of use and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or operation of third-party platforms.

11. Intellectual property

CompTIA, CompCert, and related names and logos are trademarks of CompTIA, Inc. and are used here only to describe the genuine products we are authorized to sell. All course materials and trademarks remain the property of CompTIA. The Learn AI Forum name, logo, site design, and original content are the property of IICT (Dong Duong ICT). Nothing on the Site grants you any right to use any trademark without the owner's prior written permission.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IICT (Dong Duong ICT) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IICT (Dong Duong ICT) and its officers and staff from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing law
