How will I receive my course? After your payment is confirmed, we email you an official CompTIA access code (redemption key) for the course you purchased, along with simple activation instructions.
How long does delivery take? Orders are delivered within 8–24 hours after payment. Most orders are processed in about 4 hours. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for the email with your access code.
How do I start the course? Redeem your access code on CompTIA Central (login.comptia.org), then start learning right away in your own CompTIA account.
How long do I have access? Each course includes 12 months of access from the date of activation. Please redeem your code within 12 months of purchase.
What language are the courses in? Course content is in English.
Are these genuine CompTIA products? Yes. All materials are official CompTIA courseware, supplied through IICT — a CompTIA Partner.
Do I get a certificate? Yes. After completing the course and passing the included assessment, you earn a CompTIA certificate of completion (CompCert).
What is your refund policy? Because these are digital products delivered as activation codes, an order cannot be refunded once the access code has been delivered or redeemed. If you have any problem activating your code, contact us and we'll help right away.
